Dear Members and Friends,
Join us for a private tour, in English, of the incredible “Maison Bernard” located at Port la Galère in Théoule-sur-Mer. This 1h 40 visit will be followed by lunch by the sea at “Le Boucanier” restaurant in Mandelieu la Napoule.
The meeting point will be at “Parking Soustelle” (see info below) at 9:30am sharp (as we must carpool to “La Maison Bernard” for our 10am tour since the house itself only has a handful of parking spaces). You are however welcome to park anywhere close by. We need 2 "carpool” volunteers, please let me know if you can help (contact info below). Thank you.
The “Maison Bernard” tour guide will talk about the history of this so called “Bubble House”, it’s innovative architect Antti Lovag, and she will, of course, take us through the most representative areas of this organic construction.
We will then go to the restaurant in Mandelieu la Napoule where we will enjoy a delicious luncheon. The restaurant is a 6 minute walk from the Parking Soustelle.
Please note: We are meeting at 9:30am in the Parking Soustelle located at 500, avenue du 23 Août in Mandelieu la Napoule (Not at “Maison Bernard”). Thank you.

Please note that taking photographs and videos are prohibited at the Maison Bernard. Food, drinks, and backpacks are also not allowed in the house.
Please send us your reservation payment as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, March 27th, 2025, unless sold out before. Without payment, your reservation cannot be confirmed. There will be no payments accepted at the door. Cancellations past Thursday, March 27th, 2025 are not refundable. When booking, please indicate any dietary restrictions.
