Dear Members and Friends,
We are delighted to announce our American Club of the Riviera Oktoberfest Luncheon at the beautiful le Manoir de L’Etang in Mougins complete with German Beer and Live music provided by the incredible musician Phillip Kanjo.
There will be a real authentic Oktoberfest buffet style lunch complete with roast chicken, German sausages, Schweinebraten, potato salad, sauerkraut, pretzels, and apple strudel for dessert.

*** The American Club Oktoberfest Luncheon Details ***
The lunch begins on Friday, October 20th, at 12:30 at the beautiful Manoir de l'Etang in Mougins. We'll meet at the "Beer Bar" on the poolside terrace (wine, water and fruit juice available for the non-beer-drinkers) for drinks.
Then, it's on to the buffet where we'll enjoy a real authentic Oktoberfest-style lunch.
During lunch we'll be entertained by professional musician Philipp Kanjo from the Bodensee with his festive Oktoberfest accordion... come prepared to do some sing-along!
And, don't forget to wear your dirndl and lederhosen if you want to win the "Best Dressed" contest!! All the details are below.
Dress Code: Smart Casual or Dirndls and Lederhosen for the "best dressed" prize!
Weather: We hope to be outdoors for this event. Bring a wrap, just in case it's cool. In case of rain, we will be indoors.
Drinks: We have planned for two beers or 1/3 bottle wine per person. There also be water and fruit juices available. Any extra drinks will be pay as you go.
Dietary Requests: This will be an authentic Oktoberfest Buffet so there will be a range of choices that cater to different diets.
Seating: Please note that there is no reserved seating for this event.
Parking: Available in the signed parking areas at the Manoir or on the streets outside the gates.

Important: *If you wish to pay by wire transfer we need to receive your payment within 7 days of registering or your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Payment via wire transfer must reach us no later than the 13th of October. If you have any delays please send us proof of the wire transfer to maintain your reservation via email treasurer@americanclubriviera.com
Any cancellations after October 13th cannot be refunded. In the event that you need to cancel your event registration please contact us.
