The American Club of the Riviera invites you to join us for an unforgettable culinary experience! This hands-on chocolate-making class, led by award-winning chocolatier **Chef Michael Poole** from Hot Chocolat, will be paired with exquisite wines. It’s a unique opportunity to learn about chocolate crafting while savoring exceptional wines that complement your creations. PROGRAM:
Dive into the delightful world of chocolate making! Under Chef Michael D. Poole’s expert guidance, you’ll explore the art of crafting artisanal chocolate bars. The interactive class will cover:
- The science of tempering chocolate
- Techniques for pouring chocolate into molds
- The artistry of hand-painting chocolates
While you create your delectable chocolates, you’ll enjoy carefully selected wines that enhance the tasting experience. We plan to collaborate with a local winery to showcase the best of regional flavors.

Without payment your reservation cannot be confirmed. There will be no payments accepted at the door. Unfortunately, cancellations past June 5th are not refundable.
