We would like to wish each and every one of you a very happy, healthy, socially active, and fulfilling New Year. As we look ahead to 2026, we hope you will renew your membership and continue to be part of the many events and gatherings we are planning in the year to come.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the American Club of the Riviera will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 12:00 noon at Hotel Le Saint Paul, located at 29 Boulevard Franck Pilatte in Nice, in the Port area. We kindly ask that you arrive by 11:45 am, as the meeting will begin promptly at noon. The official notice of meeting can be viewed HERE.

Following the AGM, we invite you to join us for an aperitif on the terrace, overlooking the entrance to the Port of Nice, followed by a three-course luncheon at 1:00 pm. This will be a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with fellow members and start the year together in a relaxed and convivial setting.
Hotel Le Saint Paul, located in the Lazaret district of Nice, has a rich history. Originally built in 1840 as the “Maison du Séminaire,” it was transformed into a hotel and restaurant in 2012 and has recently undergone a complete renovation. Its refreshed warm yellow façade and elegant surroundings make it a fitting venue for this important annual gathering.

Please send us your reservation payment as soon as possible, but no later than Wednesday, January 14th , unless sold out before. Without payment, your reservation cannot be confirmed. There will be no payments accepted at the door. Cancellations past January 14th are not refundable. When booking, please indicate any dietary restrictions, seating preferences and names of any guests you have registered.
Wait List: In the event we start a wait list, please note that priority will be given to members of the American Club of the Riviera.
